Bamboo baby clothing is one of the hottest new items on the market. Bamboo, which signifies longevity and good luck to the Chinese, has had many uses over the years, but it's only lately been used as a clothing fiber. Bamboo baby clothes are a great choice for the organic baby for a whole bunch of reasons. Bamboo grows fast, without the use of fertilizers and pesticides. It has natural anti-microbial properties, which is especially nice for baby clothes that pick up so many organic stains. To top it all off, bamboo fabric is silky and lightweight, but its natural wicking properties make it warm in winter and cool in summer.
