The Earth's Biggest Dump

...is in the middle of the ocean. The largest uniform climatic feature on earth creates an oceanic zone about the size of the continent of Africa, over ten million square miles, that is an accumulator of the debris of civilization. Unique weather patterns have conspired to drag tons of waste, primarily plastics, to this huge underwater dump.
