OR Gov Vetoes Green Bills

On Friday, Oregon governor Ted Kulongoski vetoed two renewable energy bills that he said would decrease investment in green energy projects in the state. One provision in the bills would reduce the maximum tax credit for electric vehicle manufacturers.
