Philippines ready for green future

Philippine Sen. Adgardo J. Angara delivered a stirring speech to a gathering of the energy sector's domestic and international leaders. In it, he challenged the Senate to come up with a resolution that would serve as a guideline for the Philippines to turn from fossil fuel energy to sources that use the resources around them - ocean water, algae, the sun and the wind.
