Utilities Face New Energy Targets

The Pasadena Star News features an interesting look at the challenges facing current utility companies in trying to meet California's tough new renewable energy targets. Read it with this quote from The Utility Reform Network's Matt Freedman in mind: "Edison is trying to negotiate for a better deal. They're looking for more flexibility, fewer consequences and less oversight. That's what all of the utilities are trying to do."
