A few days ago, my five-year-old daughter Peyton asked me what our carbon footprint was. I wasn't aware that she knew anything about carbon footprints, or that it would ever have occurred to her to THINK about a carbon footprint. But, I don't know how she found out about Hannah Montana and High School Musical, either, as we don't have cable or satellite TV. Clearly the girl has resources.
