USPS Uniform Recycling begins in WI

In Sand Creek, Wisconsin Mary Mikula, postmaster has begun a small Uniform recycling program she calls The Postal Clothing Closet. It began in October and has already received mentions in the Postal Service's newsletters and blogs and is rapidly gaining National recognition
