AZ Court: ACC Can Set RE Standards

An Maricopa County Arizona Superior Court Judge has ruled that the Arizona Corporate Commission, which sets rates for utilities, has the right to set renewable energy standards for power generation and delivery. Both the Commission and the utilities say that the ruling allows them to move forward to meet their goal of 15% renewable energy by 2025.
